Who We Are

Soil science, rooted in Tanzania.

We restore degraded and saline soils so farmers can grow more on the land they already have.

Who we are

Our Approach · Stage 1 of 4
A · ASSESS

We start underground, not with a product.

We conduct soil assessment services to help understand the condition and fertility status of agricultural land before recommending anything.

B · TRAIN

Knowledge travels with the farmer.

Practical training on agroecology, sustainable farming, soil health management and soil restoration, using locally available resources.

C · RESTORE

Biology does what chemistry alone cannot.

Udongo Rutuba and our developing microbial consortium of beneficial, salt-tolerant organisms rehabilitate saline and degraded soils.

D · MONITOR

Restoration is observed, not assumed.

We support farmers to track changes in soil condition and crop performance, and use that information to improve management over time.
